Spiritswap: bridge output and destination gas

SpiritSwap is a decentralized exchange on Fantom Opera. Its bridge interface separates the receiving token output from destination gas. The output quote alone does not confirm gas funding for later transactions on the receiving network.

Token output
The bridge pairs the receiving amount, labelled "You Receive", with a destination-token selector.
Destination gas
A separate "Destination Gas" field appears in the interface. Its label alone establishes no amount or delivery.
Pricing fields
The bridge summary lists "Flexy Charge" and "Price rate". The unconfigured form leaves both values as dashes.

Reading the receiving amount

The output asset determines whether the receiving amount itself represents gas for the destination network. For Fantom Opera, the documented V2 gas benefit involves receiving FTM. A quote for another token leaves any separate FTM gas allocation unresolved.

Before asset and destination selection, the form shows $0.00 in the receiving area. That unconfigured display and the empty pricing fields do not establish a priced route or a fee-free transfer.

How the V2 bridge-and-swap design addressed gas

The V2 SpiritBridge description in the SpiritSwap v3 documentation names LiFinance as its aggregation partner. It describes a combined cross-chain transfer and token conversion from BNB on Binance Smart Chain to FTM on Fantom Opera.

Receiving FTM explains the gas benefit in that documented configuration: the output asset can fund subsequent transactions on Fantom Opera. This mechanism depends on the specified conversion and destination. It does not establish an automatic gas allocation for every output token or route.

The V2 description and the Flexy interface

The bridge interface identifies Flexy, while the V2 documentation describes LiFinance aggregation. The V2 explanation therefore does not establish the amount, charge or delivery conditions associated with the Flexy interface’s destination-gas field.

Use the selected route’s destination-gas terms to determine whether the transfer funds a later transaction.
